Room Description
Chez Zee has provided Austin with fabulous dining, award-winning desserts, and a art- filled atmosphere for over 15 years. Now we have added the piece de resistance, "The Gallery" at Chez Zee. The Gallery located off our central courtyard features year round changing art exhibits and also provides a beautiful space in which to host an artful party, wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon, board meeting, Holiday Party, bar mitzvah, bat mitzvah, simcha, or any kind of congratulation celebration. This large private banquet room has a trellised patio garden, unique art, and is painted in the colors of the Tuscan countryside. Featuring 2000 sq. feet of party space with walls of French windows and Chez Zee's signature twinkle lights.

Restaurant Description
Chez Zee is one of those restaurants that were it not so accommodating and consistently gratifying, might fit into the "keep Austin weird" vibe that we give so much lip service to these days. Trouble is, there's really nothing weird about Chez Zee: mildly quirky perhaps, absolutely charming and fiercely independent. So maybe it fits into the "keep Austin classy" or "keep Austin from becoming an endless array of chain restaurants" categories. I'm OK with either one: because Chez Zee, at 2222 and Balcones has achieved almost iconic status in Austin.
