The menu at Koi Los Angeles is inspired by traditional Japanese dishes and is enhanced with modern California accents. Among Koi's signature cold dishes are Crispy Rice Topped with Spicy Tuna; Hamachi Fusion with Soy-citrus and Truffle Essence; and Yellowtail Carpaccio with Grapeseed Oil, Ponzu, and Wasabi Tobiko.
