The Shaker Room is a private intimate dining room offering the exquisite menu of Scrimshaw at The Desmond. English wool carpets, finely detailed china, handcrafted woodwork, candelabras, all contribute to the ambiance of privacy for small private gatherings, dinner presentations or company celebration.

Each evening our culinary team works with the freshest ingredients to prepare a range of tantalizing entrees to please even the most sophisticated palate. The exquisite cuisine, perfectly prepared and elegantly served is available for private dining in The Shaker Room for groups of up to 40 people.
